Day 5 - European Lecture Tour

Lisbon, Portugal: Today the European lecture tour closed with one final, successful meeting in Portugal. This brings to a close a tour spanning 10 countries in only 5 days. Our meeting in Portugal closed with the same enthusiasm, interest and excitement met in every other country toured. Given the overwhelming success of this event, Improcrop will certainly be running the tour again in 2012 but expect to extend it more countries! Many thanks to all who made this event such a success!

DAY 5 - European Lecture Tour

Santiago Di Compostella, Spain: The key crops in the Santiago di Compostella region are cereals, maize and forage and attendees at this stop of the European Lecture Tour were eager to discuss Improcrop applications in these crops. Delegates were impressed with the results when using a program using Grain-Set and Soil-Set. Prof Necip Tosun, (Ege University) showed how this program increases not only yields but also the nutritional value of the harvested maize, a key factor when the maize I used as a source of animal forage.

Day 4 - European Lecture Tour

Bologna, Italy: With growers, agronomists and distributors coming from all regions of Italy, discussion at the Bologna stop of the European Lecture Tour was both varied and lively. Dr. Cinelli, an agronomist based close to Rome commented: "I am impressed with the number of crops Improcrop has experience with and also with the consistency of performance! It is good to know that I can recommend the products for all crops in my area and be guaranteed of having good results!"

Day 4 - European Lecture Tour

Izmir, Turkey: The Turkish stop of the European lecture tour was met with large numbers of participants and much enthusiasm! With much interest from the local media, the event was filmed and will be broadcast on national television shortly! Improcrop has a strong presence in the Turkish market, were we are represented by Ares Organik. Ares director, Ufuk Talay, commented that "sales in the Turkish market are booming as more and more farmers are finding the benefits of using Improcrop products!"; a fact borne out by the countless testimonials and positive experiences shared during the Q&A sessions!

Day 3 - European Lecture Tour

Munster, Germany: In the first meeting to be held in Germany, the Improcrop team launched the concepts that have made Improcrop so successful in other markets globally. The key products of Soil-Set, Agro-Mos and Crop-Set were introduced to an enthusiastic reception. In addition to the launch of these key products, Opti-Set, an entirely new and unique product, was also unveiled! Being new to the German market, the Improcrop team were keen to meet prospective new partners for this market and were pleased with the number of companies who have requested to distribute the products. Day 3 - European Lecture Tour

Doorwerth, Netherlands:“We are very pleased with the response to Improcrop technology from the Dutch market. The Netherlands is one of the leading agronomic countries in the world, and their enthusiasm for our products is very encouraging!”. Day 2 - European Lecture Tour

Rennes, France:  Today, Prof. Necip Tosun of Ege University in Turkey, delivered a powerful message to an enthusiastic audience!  Prof Tosun's talk, entitled "How plants defend themselves", explored the advances made in plant science over the last decade and the consequences for modern agronomy.  The presentation went to the heart of the Improcrop ethos:  "Natural Solutions for Modern Agriculture" , explaining the complex mechanisms behind plant immunity and performance.

Day 1 - European Lecture Tour

Birmingham, UK:  The first Improcrop European Lecture tour kicked off in Birmingham, United Kingdom, with delegates actively discussing the changing face of agriculture in the United kingdom and the impact of market dynamics, consumer trends and legislation  on farming practices.  With predictions of a population numbering 9.3 billion people by 2050 and the need for food to be produced safely, sustainably and nutritiously; agriculture is indeed facing challenging and exciting times.  The UK leg of the Improcrop European Lecture Tour stimulated active discussion on these aspects and the role that natural high performance products such as those produced by Improcrop can play in achieving the goals of modern agriculture.
